Instructions for School Fundraiser
You will notice in the bulletin this weekend two copies of a letter from me. These letters are part of a fundraiser for our school. My hope is that you will take these letters and send them to people you may know out of town and even out of state. These can be family and friends, business owners, philanthropists, etc. Not only will this help to raise funds for our school, it will also help to raise awareness of our school’s presence. In sending this out, I ask you to do the following:
1. Send at least two letters to people of your choosing. If you would like to send more than two, by all means please do! We can provide more copies in the office.
2. Include a personal note to the recipient of the letter from yourself. This will help them to know your connection to the school and why we are asking for help.
3. Consider including a picture of your child at the school: in class, at recess, etc.
4. Pray that this be a big and successful fundraiser for Sacred Heart Catholic School!
