A Closer Look at Curriculum at Sacred Heart! 

You can count on strong mathematics at our school! We use Singapore Math

across all grades – it is an innovative approach to math instruction that is not

based on replication, but student mastery of concepts. Our students spend

time understanding through modeling, giving students an opportunity to

visualize abstract concepts in order to push themselves to deeper mastery. In

addition (no pun intended), students practice visualizing number bonds and

bar modeling in order to master logical processing. Singapore Math fosters

wonder and love of mathematics among our students!
